Interesting, that you do know most of the terminology and theoretical aspects of the program but only in practical form. So putting those 2 together made more clarity.

It was truly something to brag about as the amount of knowledge u gain and also the understanding level keeps one awake and aware of your doings as an employee as not everything is black and white there are certain situations that are treated differently because of the diversity of the group
